During visits, we use your pets’ existing toys and everyday household items (like empty paper towel rolls, cardboard boxes, or crumpled paper) to create fun, stimulating activities. This serves two purposes: it prevents boredom and anxiety while you’re away, and it helps you discover which of your pets’ toys they truly love and which ones they ignore (saving you time and money on future purchases).

Important Policies for Your Pet’s Safety
Dogs require a minimum of two visits per day to ensure adequate care, bathroom breaks, and companionship
Cats must be seen every day to monitor their health, food/water intake, and litter box habits
We cannot be held responsible for pets on days we do not visit or for pets with unsupervised outdoor access via doggie doors
Not every pet needs daily care—we customize schedules based on your pet's species and needs
