A Note About Our 5% Administration Fee
All 2 Paws Up invoices include a transparent 5% Administration Fee. This itemized fee covers a portion of our real business operating costs — including W-2 employee benefits, liability and bonding insurance, workers’ compensation, background checks, ongoing training, and the professional systems that keep your pets safe. By charging this separately rather than burying it in our base rates, we keep our service pricing transparent and our standards uncompromised.

During each visit, our experienced, W-2 employed cat sitters provide fresh food and water, clean litter boxes, engage in play or cuddle time (based on your cat’s preference), administer medications if needed, and ensure your home is secure. We understand cat behavior and know how to read their signals, making sure even the most skittish kitties feel comfortable.
Every visit includes a detailed update with photos so you can see your cat is content and well-cared for while you’re away. Unlike app-based services that send different strangers to your home, our professional cat sitters are background-checked, insured, and trained to provide consistent, reliable care your cat—and you—can trust. From quick check-ins to extended visits, we keep your feline family member happy, healthy, and stress-free in the comfort of their own home.

Before we care for your pets, we want to get to know them. Our Consultation & Behavior Assessment includes a visit typically from two of our professional pet care team members who will meet your pets, discuss their routine, review any medical or behavioral needs, and walk through your home care instructions. This personalized meeting ensures we’re fully prepared to provide the best possible care for your furry family members. This typically lasts up to 45 minutes.
🐾 Returning Client Perk: Your Consultation & Behavior Assessment fee is waived when you book your second vacation pet sitting trip or second month of dog walking with us. It’s our way of saying thank you for trusting 2 Paws Up Inc with the pets you love — we’re so glad to have you back!

Just create your Client Profile, or contact us if you need help. Once you’ve created your profile you can download our 2 Paws Up App and select the Client Log-In Tab. We can show you how this works at your Consultation & Behavior Assessment. As soon as your profile’s completed, you can start scheduling visits for your pets, make payments, receive updates, and so much more!
