Can I mix walk lengths in a monthly package?
Packages are designed for one walk length. Contact us for custom packages mixing durations.
What if I need extra walks some weeks?
Not a problem! Additional walks are discounted for package members.
Can I share my package with a neighbor?
Packages are per household only and non-transferable.
What happens to unused walks?
Unused walks will be credited. No refunds.
Can I pause my package for vacation?
Yes! Give us 7 days notice and we’ll pause your package and billing.
Do you walk in bad weather?
Yes! We walk in rain or shine with appropriate gear. Exceptions: lightning, ice, extreme temps.
