4 Pet Friendly Fourth-of-July Tips

The Fourth of July is a time of barbecues and fireworks. Something new for Georgians will be the anticipation of the legalization of fireworks set for the first of July. This is a great time to review The Pet-Friendly-Safety-Tips.

  1. Keep your pet’s home instead of bringing them to your 4th of July celebrations.
  2. Keep your pets indoors. Fireworks loud noises will make many pets leap over a fence to find you. Most pets are get lost this time of year more than any other time.
  3. Keep your pets in a safe room where they can feel comfortable. If they are crate trained, put them in their crates and cover with a blanket so they feel secure.
  4. Play soothing music in the background to counteract the cacophony during the “rockets” red glare.

This is a great time to call on your favorite pet sitter.
